The staff were friendly and helpful. The ability to store my suitcases until check in was a lifesaver. The service was beyond the usual Canadian hotel experience. We ate at the bar/restaurant, and the service and food were great. There was lots of spaces to relax at the lobby if you were waiting room or transportation. I particularly enjoyed the plant wall.

I was able to change rooms without any hassle and received an upgrade at no extra cost. Also, the robot greeter was a nice touch. The room itself was perfect for us. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in Toronto.

Handy downtown location. Top floor pool and outdoor area with a view of CN Tower. Lovely outside garden space beside food areas on main floor. Rooms that have balconies.
Great location. Close to a mini supermarket and Tim Hortons which was very handy. Had one of the best curries ever in the restaurant.

It’s a huge hotel located in downtown Toronto. Short walk to lots of places to eat, market on the corner a block away with any food items you may need. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and facilities were excellent. Water bottles replaced daily. Tea and coffee facilities were excellent.
